James Ainsworth, a Farmer, died at Drumborg on the 27 February 1894, aged 73. His death resulted from Pneumonia and Renal disease. The informant was his son, Charles Ainsworth of Drumborg. Burial took place at the Drumborg Cemetery on the 1 March 1894. The funeral service was conducted by a Captain of the Salvation Army and the witness at the burial was Charles Ainsworth. Parents were shown as "unknown" on the death certificate. Time in the Colony - 45 years.
