Death Details:

From a letter from the Shire of Northam, written to Elaine Green, August 1988.
" Eliza Ainsworth died on the 7 August 1950, aged 89 years. Her last place of residence was Brookton and she died in the Brookton Hospital. The funeral was on the 9 August 1950 and she was buried in the Old Portion of the Methodist Section and Rev. W. Cuthbertson officiated at the service.
There is another burial in the grave but unfortunately due to a fire in 1920 we have no records prior to that other than headstones."

Family moved from the Omeo district to the Braidwood District in NSW, another gold mining area. At this point in time it is not known exactly when this move took place.

Nicholas Henry arrived in Western Australia, aged 17. He cleared and worked the Ainsworth farm called, "Hillview," later sold to Edwards.
He moved to "Fernleigh" at York until 1950 thence to Northam - Robinson Street, where he died.
This move was precipitated by son Brian's need for High School.
