Note*Anne's first husband, Thomas Farmer, was with the 63rd Regiment, He drowned near the Perth Causeway on 23 February 1832. Anne's second husband William Watson, was one of Thomas Peel and Solomon Levey's settlers. They married 24 June 1832 at Bassendean and moved to Guildford. In the mid 1830's William ran his boat 'Conqueror' on a weekly basis from Perth to Guildford. Had Perth Lot W31 in 1833. From 1834 to 1838 he also ran an Inn at Redcliffe. In the 1837 Census the Watson family were listed as having 2 acres of garden and two swine. Ann's eldest son Joseph was the son of Thomas Farmer but adopted by William. Anne and William were members of the Methodist Wesley Church. Their daughter Annie married William Buggins who built the Wesley Church which is still on the corner of William and Hay Streets. William died May 1843. Anne's third marriage was to Thomas Walker, born 1802, and who had arrived in the Swan River on the ship 'Eudora' on 30 December 1837. Thomas was a widower with five children aged between seven and seventeen. He was a bricklayer, plasterer and painter and was thought to have built some cottages in Wellington St known as Walker Cottages. Anne died on 27 December 1870 and was buried in the East Perth Cemetery. ***Refer Screens for Farmer and Walker.3
